Guest Addresses Guide
Below is a complete guide to setting up your guest address list, + help with wording!
File set up
First, set up your guest address file. Download our template here or use our template as a guide for how to set up your file. Here is what you must remember:
You must have separate columns for your Guest Names, Address, City, State, and Zip code.
Make sure your text is EXACTLY as you want it shown. For example, if you want to use an ampersand (&) rather than spell out "and" make sure to use the ampersand in your sheet.
Please use a google sheet or excel doc.
Wording
If you aren't sure how to address your guests, I've broken it down below. It is up to you how traditional or non traditional you want to be with your wording. Honestly, as with all wedding invitation wording, I say do what you want! You don't have to adhere to any "rules" if you don't want to. This is a simple guide, but you can proceed however you would like.
